About the event
This will be a Sunday well spent! Come for the yoga, stay for the hike! We'll all meet up and take a short walk down the the floating wharf where we'll enjoy our yoga session. From there you'll have the option of heading back home or join in for a loop around the lake. Its a VERY accessible trail so if you're a non hiker this is a GREAT trail to start with, our group is never in a rush so there's no pressure to keep up.
A side note before we get into the nitty gritty below. If it rains, we'll skip the yoga because that just won't be enjoyable and we'll go for a hike with some stretching after.
