A beautiful outdoor space in Bradner/Abbotsford called Just Breathe Spa, reserved just for us only.

Begin by relaxing in cozy robes and slippers provided for your comfort. We'll then step into the warmth of the sauna to detoxify and rest, followed by a quick rinse before taking the plunge into the cold waters. I will be there to guide you through the experience, helping to calm your mind and body. Between cycles, enjoy the opportunity to sit fireside and sip tea, ensuring you stay hydrated and rejuvenated throughout the event.

Throughout this two-hour experience, you will learn techniques to improve your comfort in cold environments while also mastering how to stay composed in heat. You'll be able to participate in various breathwork exercises, each supporting you to increase your time in each climate.
